3. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, dates, names, and personalisation details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Personalised products cannot usually be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Due to hygiene and personalisation reasons, personalised products are non-returnable unless:

The product arrived damaged due to our error

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
